The working area of the pump is also its design parameter, which is within the range of the design. Therefore, when the pump is installed, we should pay attention to the following points:

1) the installation location of the pump should meet the requirement of allowing the vacuum height to be sucked. The foundation must be level and stable, so that the rotation direction of the power machine is consistent with the rotation direction of the pump.

2) when the pump and the power machine are connected with the shaft, the axle center should be kept on the same line to prevent the vibration of the unit and the wear of the single side of the bearing.

3) if the tape drive is used, the axle center should be parallel to each other, and the belt wheel alignment is positive.

4) if there are many units in the same machine room, between the unit and the unit, there should be more than 800mm distance between the unit and the wall.

5) pump suction pipe must be well sealed, and elbow and gate valves should be reduced as far as possible. When draining water should be drained, air should be drained. During operation, no air should be accumulated in the pipe, and the suction pipe should be slightly upward and inclined to connect with the inlet of the pump. The inlet should have a certain submerged depth.

6) the reserved hole on the base of pump and pump should be poured according to the size of the pump.
