Precautions before use of self priming sewage pump

1. Before using the self suction discharge pump, it should be checked whether the rotation direction of the self suction discharge pump is correct and the rotation is flexible.

2, unscrew the self-priming sewage pump and liquid plug body petition, fill the reservoir. Then tighten the screw plug. There is no need to add liquid storage in the future. It should not start operation under the condition of insufficient pump storage fluid, otherwise the pump can not work normally, and it is easy to damage mechanical seal.

3. When the self-priming sewage pump is opened, the outlet flow control valve should be opened first to facilitate the discharge of the gas during the self suction process. After the start, opening and adjust the export flow control valve, the pressure gauge reading refers to the specified area (various pump type pressure control table), avoid the pump at work in designated areas within the lower, to prevent excessive shaft power caused by motor overload burned or overloaded and the pump cavitation, influence the normal operation of the pump, the pump noise and strong vibration.

4, during the operation of the self priming sewage pump, the temperature rise of the pump and motor should be checked regularly. If noise and other abnormal noises are found, it should be stopped for inspection, and then run again after troubleshooting.

5. When the self suction discharge pump is shut down, the outlet flow control valve should be closed first, and then the machine is stopped, so as to avoid the shortage of liquid storage in the pump in the case of siphon.

6, self-priming sewage pump for regular refueling, maintenance, if the long-term use of the pump should be removed and cleaned, properly preserved.
