The application scope and advantages of the starch hydrocycl

Hydrocyclone is the key equipment for washing, concentrating and separating all kinds of starch. The quality and quality of the hydrocyclone directly affect the quality index of whiteness, fleck and ash. The starch swirler is used to degrease various kinds of starch and modified starch milk, the separation of fine slag, the separation, washing and concentration of protein. The continuous concentration, separation and clarification of suspension in chemical industry is also done. It has many advantages, such as compact structure, high separation precision, good sealing effect and so on.

Starch hydrocyclone is mainly used in potato, cassava, sweet potato, wheat, corn, Valley (rice) starch, other food and chemical industry. Is characterized by a cyclone shell, core board, spacer ring and tube plate with AIS1304 stainless steel hinge open and fast reset rotating flow tube, which has the advantages of simple operation, convenient cleaning; the wear resistance of the cyclone tube, renovation system without tools and devices, easy to open and close, continuous separation efficiency, low water consumption.

Starch is a hydraulic cyclone separation device, using the principle of inertial force increased, the need for a separate material in the feed pump under the pressure of the feed tube along the tangential direction, forced into the small diameter hydrocyclone (diameter of 10mm or 15mm) along the circumference of the cylindrical part of the track of high-speed rotation, the centrifugal force, the suspended solid the particles in the liquid, thrown to the outside wall, causing a spiral downward movement along the cone wall, until the end of the discharge through the cone, and the proportion of fine particles in the upper part of the lighter discharged from the overflow port.
