KCB series gear pump (cast iron, stainless steel and other materials, Aluminum Alloy) suitable for conveying solid particles and fiber, non corrosive, temperature is not higher than 80 DEG C, the viscosity is 10-6 ~ 1.5× 5× 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) of the lubricating oil or lubricating oil properties similar to the liquid (copper gear can be equipped with delivery of gasoline, diesel, kerosene and other flammable liquids), equipped with stainless steel can transport food oil, food liquid medium.
Application scope
It can be used as a transmission and pressurized pump in the oil delivery system.
In the fuel system, it can be used as a fuel pump for transporting, pressurizing and ejecting.
In the hydraulic transmission system, it can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power.
In all industrial fields, the lubricating oil pump can be used.
Structural characteristics
This series of gear oil pumps are mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. The gear has high hardness and strength through heat treatment, which is installed with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump works.
The pump has reasonable design of the oil and the oil return groove is a gear in the work under minimum torque force, so the bearing load is small, small abrasion, high pump efficiency.
The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated pressure of the pump, and it can also be adjusted in the allowable discharge pressure range according to the actual demand. However, it is noted that this safety valve can not work as a pressure relief valve for a long time and can be installed on the pipeline when needed.
Look from the end of the spindle to the pump for clockwise rotation.
