1, after opening the box, check the pump nameplate, check whether the main parameters of the self - sucking pump products are in accordance with the requirements of the use.

2, the self-priming pump should be installed horizontally, and the pump body shall not bear the weight of the pipe.

3, the pump and the pipeline should keep good seal.

4, the pump should be checked before use, the motor rotating blades to be flexible, non stop and sound phenomenon, the tight solid to solid.

5, unscrewing the water filling bolt above the pump, adding less than three of the volume of the pump body of liquid storage water two, tighten the bolt.

6, connect the power supply to turn, from the motor end, the operation is consistent with the pump steering mark.

7, before the pump stops working, the discharge valve is closed first, then the power supply is closed, and the suction pipe valve is finally closed.
