Recently approved by the state council, the ministry of finance, the national development and reform commission and the ministry of industry and information technology have decided to include six types of energy-saving products, such as stainless steel pumps, into the scope of financial subsidies.

The Treasury subsidy will accelerate the process of replacing the stainless steel pump with stainless steel. The stainless steel centrifugal pump is made of stainless steel sheet, which is very smooth and can avoid water quality. Secondary pollution, high hydraulic efficiency (about 10% to 20% less than similar cast iron pump, replacing cast iron pump is the general trend. However, the purchase cost of the stainless steel pump is 20-30% more expensive than that of the cast iron pump. Currently, there are relatively few applications in the third, fourth-tier cities and the central and western regions of China, and there is a large replacement space. The ministry of finance will pump energy saving pumps such as centrifugal pumps into the subsidy range, or will accelerate the process of stainless steel replacement iron pumps.
