(1) the shaft of the pump is bent or not concentric, which will make the pump vibrate and cause the bearing to heat or wear.
(2) due to the increase of axial thrust (for example, when the balance disc and the balance ring are seriously damaged, the axial load of the bearing increases, which causes the bearing to generate heat or even damage.
(3) the amount of lubricating oil (grease) in the bearing is insufficient or too high, and the quality is bad. There are silt, iron scrap and other debris. The sliding bearing sometimes causes the bearing to heat because the oil ring does not rotate and does not oil.
(4) the bearing clearance is not in conformity with the requirements. Such as the bearing inner ring and pump shaft, the bearing outer ring and bearing body with too loose or too tight, can cause bearing fever. (with too tight will make the bearing rotation is not flexible; with loose, the inner ring of the bearing to rotate or the bearings in the bearing body).
(5) the static balance of the rotor of the pump is not good. The radial force of the rotor of the pump increases and the bearing load increases, causing the bearing of the bearing to be heated.
(6) the pump produces vibration during the operation of the non design point, and will also make the pump bearing hot.
(7) the bearing has been damaged, including the quality of the purchased bearings, which is usually the reason for the fever of the bearing, such as the damage of the cage of the rolling bearing, the breakdown of the inner ball or the outer ring of the ball, the peeling and dropping of the alloy layer of the sliding bearing. In this case, the bearings are abnormal in the sound, and the noise is large. The bearings should be removed and replaced in time.
