Corrosion resistant pumps are known as corrosion resistant pumps and are mainly used for transporting corrosive liquids. It is a more widely used pump in the general equipment pump. Corrosion resistant pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump is designed for conveying corrosive medium containing fine particles of the design and development of the pump, the use of steel ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) material, the material is the latest generation of the pump with corrosion resistant engineering plastics, its most outstanding advantage is in all plastic, it has the most excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance (especially low-temperature impact resistance). Corrosion resistant pump product features:

Corrosion pump is a kind of can adapt to the different working conditions of the pump, such as the transportation of acid and alkaline liquid or slurry; smelting industry of various corrosive slurry; all kinds of dilute acid sulfuric acid industry; environmental protection industry, various types of sewage etc.. The pump is resistant to corrosion and wear resistance, and is widely used. It has the following characteristics:

1) resistance: strong flow components all adopt steel ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) manufacturing, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) wear resistance in plastic head, than nylon 66 (PA66), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) 4 times, 7-10 times the wear resistance of carbon steel, stainless steel.

2) strong impact resistance: the impact strength of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene ranks the first in the general engineering plastics, and is 5 times higher than that of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS), and it can remain stable at 196 degrees below zero, which is characteristic of any other plastics.

3) excellent corrosion resistance: the pump can withstand various corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents in a certain temperature and concentration range, and impregnate 30d in 80 organic solvents at 20 and 90 degrees. There is no abnormal appearance, and other physical properties are almost unchanged.

4) no noise: ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene impact energy absorptivity is the highest value in plastic, and its silencer is good, so as to minimize the noise generated by liquid flow during transportation.

5) safe and reliable, no toxin decomposition: the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) used in this pump is extremely stable in chemical properties, so it is also suitable for use in the food industry.

6) the friction coefficient is low: the internal friction system of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, so it has self lubrication. Under the condition of water lubrication, the dynamic friction coefficient is half as lower than that of PA66 and POM. When working in the form of sliding or rotating, the lubricity of the steel and brass is better than that of the lubricating oil.

7) good viscosity resistance: ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent anti viscosity and anti adhesion ability, which is similar to PTFE. Therefore, it is outstanding when transporting some media with high viscosity.
