First, an overview

The HJ (IJ) type chemical process pump is a single stage single suction cantilever structure. Its mark, rated performance point and size are equivalent to the international standard ISO2858-1975 (E), which is to replace the F type corrosion resistant centrifugal pump to save energy and update the replacement products. The corrosive viscosity of the chemical process is similar to that of water.

The temperature of the pump medium is generally -20oC ~ 185oC, and appropriate cooling measures are adopted when necessary, and the temperature of the medium can be higher.

The maximum working pressure of the pump is designed by 1.6Mpa.

Performance range of this series of pumps (design point): when the flow rate is 6.3-400m3/h, the lift is 5-125m.
