Wear a sand suction pump installation and precautions:

1, the pump shell, the lining board, the impeller are made of non metal material, and should not be hard screwed and tug when installing, and the bolt torque reaches 100N/m.

2, wear a sand suction pump at the work site is fixed, should first check whether the prime mover spindle and pump shaft in the same axis, if different axis shall do the precise adjustment.

3, the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump should have bearing support to avoid the application of gravity to the pump body. Pipeline installation should be extended outward from the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump, and the support position should be done immediately.

4, before starting, please check whether there is a plug in the inlet pipe and outlet pipe, and add butter to the rear axle bearing room to check whether the root is full.

5, a sand suction pump work should be equipped with high-pressure water pump, suction pump pressure will be greater than the water flow to the leak proof packing, protection of packing, pump shall not be closed flushing pump, otherwise, will lead to rapid wear of seal parts.

6, the gap between the impeller and the guard plate is reasonable, the sand suction pump life of a great impact. If the gap is not reasonable, the pump will vibrate and noise when running, and the over flow parts will soon be damaged. Therefore, when changing the impeller, we should pay attention to make the gap meet the drawing requirements, and the clearance adjustment can be carried out by adjusting screws on the rear bearing. 7. The allowable suction range of the pump is measured when the water is transported. The effect of sand suction on the suction ability should be considered when pumping sand.

8. When the pump is assembled and disassembled, it should be operated in strict accordance with the process flow.

9. Add butter to the front and rear axle bearing rooms on a regular basis.

10, when the pump has abnormal vibration, noise and high temperature rise of the bearing in the work, it should be checked out.
